A return to what we already know.

A wellness-led architecture practice designing, building, and maintaining residences around the Body & Mind.

Principles

01

Designed around your biology

Light, air, temperature, and spatial flow are considered together from the first line of the design brief.

02

Built around your lifestyle

Every home is shaped around wellness living — how you sleep, eat, function, and connect with your body and mind.

03

Maintained around your life

Every Homey home comes with exclusive access to our concierge service and curated practitioner network.

The Homey Standard

The oldest idea in architecture

Homey isn't an innovation. It's a remembering.

For most of our history, a home had one job: it kept us well. It faced the morning light. It breathed. It was built from what the earth gave, and it was quiet enough to sleep in.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot. We started adding wellness back on — a filter, a sauna, a yoga mat rolled out on a timber floor — onto houses that were never built to hold it.

The Homey Standard is the return. Air, water, light, and sound. Sleep, materials, and the spaces between rooms. Even the technology, kept quiet and out of the way. Every system that touches the body - decided before the foundations are poured.

You don't build a Homey home. You return to one.
